“Where is Your Heart?” 
Where is your heart?  This month we are to focus on Valentine’s Day; love and buying red and pink items to give to friends and family.  My question to you is… “Do you love yourself?”   Do you give the same attention to others as you do for you?”  I challenge you to look in to your own heart and soul to see if there is anything missing.  If you make time for this, and you are honest, you might find the one thing you need the most. 

Why are we typically so inclined to put our needs aside?  Why do we spend so much time giving, and giving, and giving some more; to then realize we are empty and tired.  I challenge you TODAY, to look deep inside, and to seek your heart’s desires. 

Be your own Valentine!  I dare you.
