This website is intended to provide information about the services offered by WillowBridge, Inc., including Hair, Nails, Skin Care, Massage, Acupuncture, and Yoga. All content is for personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

2. Booking Requirements

All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file at the time of booking. This card may be used in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined below.

3. Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our team and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

These fees will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

4. Gift Card Policy

WillowBridge, Inc. offers gift cards redeemable for services or products.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and all sales are final.

• In accordance with Minnesota state law (Minn. Stat. § 325G.53), gift cards do not expire.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase.

5. Minor Policy

All minors (17 years of age or younger) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all services offered at WillowBridge, Inc. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of our clients and staff.

6. Right to Refuse Service

WillowBridge, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to: inappropriate conduct, harassment, health or safety concerns, or violations of our policies. This right is exercised in accordance with Minnesota and federal law, including the U.S. Civil Rights Act.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party providers, such as SalonInteractive.com, where retail purchases are completed. All transactions made on third-party platforms are governed by their respective policies. WillowBridge, Inc. is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
