Slow Flow (U) - All Levels *NEW*
This class is a delight to your body and mind! We will build energy through creative slow-flowing sequences, adventure into deeper access to poses you love, introduce new poses and take you into deep stretch as we wind down. Through breath, you will unwind both your body and mind.
Mat Pilates (U) - All Levels *NEW*
This class is a low-impact exercise that consists of controlled movements designed to improve balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even lift your mood. It targets the smaller, deeper muscles that support your structure and contribute to overall health. In this class, we will occasionally incorporate weights, a weighted ball, and bands. Our primary focus will be on core strength and elongating the body, which helps enhance posture, especially as we age.
Run Club - Free *NEW*
A community based gathering for people who just want to run, jog, or walk. All levels of athleticism are welcome to join whether you have been running for years, are wanting to get started, or are just looking for a place to do so with others. Speed and distance are up to you. Just come and have fun. As this is an outdoor event, it is weather permitting. Please dress accordingly and bring your own equipment if needed (ex. water, jacket, hat, rain coat, etc.)
Power Vinyasa (W) - Intermediate
Higher intensity than Vinyasa, syncing breath to movement while flowing at a faster pace. New poses and longer flows are introduced through creative sequencing. Expect to build stamina while improving cardiovascular health, burning calories, and building muscle strength.
Gentle Yoga (U) - All Levels
Gently hold poses for a longer period of time. Holding a pose longer allows the body to relax more. When we can relax, stress can then dissolve. The mind becomes calm, and we can breathe more feely. At the end of each class, we practice meditation to connect more deeply with ourselves.
Deep Stretch (U) - All Levels
In this class poses will be held for a longer period to gradually release muscle resistance until you find your edge in each pose. Expect to feel a deeper stretch. This practice focuses on passive floor poses combined with breath work to strengthen your mental fortitude and open the body, along with a soft flow to create movement in this morning practive.
Yoga Faith (U) - All Levels
Postures and breath work designed for all levels and ages. Strength, flexibility and stamina are the focus while mindfully practicing - Jesus first, yoga second! Yoga Faith is the yoking (uniting) together mindful medication of the word of God and worshiping through body movement. It's an expression of praise and thanksgiving towards our Creator.
