Hatha - All Levels
In a typical class, poses are practiced one at a time and held for several breaths, allowing students to move with awareness rather than quickly flowing from pose to pose. Classes usually include gentle warm-ups, standing and seated postures, light to deep stretching, and time for relaxation at the end.
Mat Pilates - All Levels
A low-impact exercise comprising of controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength \, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health.
Core Fusion - All Levels
Loud music. Upbeat, heart pumping energy producing class. This class focuses on core strength for the ultimate full yoga workout. Designed to strengthen and tone your body as it revives and refocuses your mind.
Vinyasa - All Levels
Learn to link breath to movement in a series of poses designed to increase flexibility and build strength. Expect a full workout as class starts with a gentle flow and moves into more complex poses, allowing for improved balance and focus. Suitable for all ability levels.
Power Vinyasa - Intermediate
Higher intensity than Vinyasa, syncing breath to movement while flowing at a faster pace. New poses and longer flows are introduced through creative sequencing. Expect to build stamina while improving cardiovascular health, burning calories, and building muscle strength.
Restorative - All Levels
Comfortable poses are held for several minutes and are heavily propped with pillows, blankets, blocks and/or straps to allow the body to soften and release tension. Expect to feel calm and relaxed as you leave class. Please note: bringing props from home can help you be more comfortable.
Yoga Sculpt - Advanced
High energy music to guide you through this upbeat total body cardio and strength class that combines yoga postures and free weights.
Rise & Shine - All Levels
Building energy through flowing sequences, introduce new poses and take you into deep stretches as we wind down. through breath, you will unwind both your body and mind, leaving you calm and strong.
Stretch & Strengthen - All Levels
The focus of this class will rotate weekly among the following areas of the body: feet, ankles & legs; hips: core & back: arms & shoulders. Class will start with stretches and progress from simple to more challenging strengthening poses. Modifications will be offered, so beginners will feel welcome.
Gentle Stretch & Flow - All Levels
Simple stretching and mindful breathing will progress to simple flow sequences during this class. We will use our breath to stay grounded and guide our practice. This class is great for those who haven't experienced yoga before, as well as athletes and advanced yoga students!
Deep Stretch - All Levels
In this class poses will be held for a longer period to gradually release muscle resistance until you find your edge in each pose. Expect to feel a deeper stretch. This practice focuses on passive floor poses combined with breath work to strengthen your mental fortitude and open the body, along with a soft flow to create movement in this morning practive.
Yoga Faith - All Levels
Postures and breath work designed for all levels and ages. Strength, flexibility and stamina are the focus while mindfully practicing - Jesus first, yoga second! Yoga Faith is the yoking (uniting) together mindful medication of the word of God and worshiping through body movement. It's an expression of praise and thanksgiving towards our Creator.
Slow Flow - All Levels
This class is a delight to your body and mind! We will build energy through creative flowing sequences, adventure into deeper access to poses you love, and introduce new poses, all while deepening the mind-body connection through breath. You will unwind both your body and mind.
