Trisha

I started practicing yoga in 2004, when a hot yoga studio opened near me. I tried a class and was immediately hooked. I loved what it did for my mind and body so much that I wanted to share that with others, and I began teaching in 2014, earning my 200-hour certification. My teaching style is articulate and precise, mindful of alignment to prevent injury, and flow-oriented to connect breath with movement. Whether we're building strength in a power flow or calming the nervous system in Restorative, I aim to give students a calming, mindful experience where they can let go of the outside world for an hour and come within, centering their minds, grounding their bodies, and stretching out some of their stress. Yoga has made me a better person through my teaching, deepening my empathy for others and giving me new perspectives, not just on the mat but in everyday life. I love working with groups on retreats, and I love my one-on-one time with students just as much, helping them discover their hidden strengths, confidence, and those aha moments in their practice. My hope is that you leave feeling strong, energized, relaxed, and grounded, and always with a mood boost.
