I’m Lisa Barnes — a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach with a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
With over a decade of experience in physical therapy and holistic health coaching, I take a client-centered approach that bridges science and soul. My foundation in physical therapy taught me the power of the body to heal, but it was through mindfulness, energy work, and behavioral coaching that I discovered where true, lasting transformation begins: from within. My work has supported thousands of individuals in both corporate and private settings where I’ve guided clients through meaningful lifestyle changes, stress management strategies, and inner alignment practices.
Today, I integrate evidence-based coaching, mindfulness, and body-centered practices to support clients navigating life transitions, burnout, chronic stress, or simply a desire to live with greater purpose and vitality.
